UNOPENABLE IMAGES

There are several reasons why you might not be able to open an image. Look at the image's extension (last 3 letters of the filename), then follow the instructions below for that format.

JPG, GIF, EPS, or WMF
Two possibilities:
  1. You double-clicked the image instead of opening it within an application.
  2. Your application doesn't support this image format.

Check your application's help documentation to see what formats it accepts, then open the file in a different app if necessary. If none of your software supports the file, try converting it.

PS
For some reason, Explorer occasionally downloads EPS images with the extension .ps - rendering the image unreadable on PCs. If you rename your file, inserting an e at the beginning of the extension, the problem will be fixed.
